Sip. Relax. Sorbo.

Two origins, one counter

Yame matcha. Tolima coffee.

Matcha from the tea fields of Yame, Fukuoka. Beans from the highlands of Tolima, Colombia. Both chosen for balance, body and depth — then poured over ice on black marble.

Made slowly, every time.

Every drink is prepared with care and intention — because quality and community are inseparable. Come slow down with us.

Every cup tells a story of culture, craft, and connection.

When we opened our doors, we set out to introduce Tampa Bay to a new kind of specialty coffee experience — one that blends Asian tradition with the creative energy of our local community. Sorbo isn't just a coffee shop; it's a place where authenticity meets artistry, and where every sip takes you on a journey.
